Donna D. Tims is a seasoned, growth-focused, and ambitious HR and financial executive with over 15 years of experience in various roles. She has a strong background in financial stewardship and business operations, as well as a deep understanding of human resource management. Throughout her career, Donna has worked with a variety of organizations, helping them to coordinate their HR, legal, and finance functions and improve the performance of their employees. She is PHR certified from the Human Resource Certification Institute and an active member of SHRM, The Society of Human Resource Management. She is skilled at fostering and fortifying relationships with entrepreneurial leaders and all levels of the organization, and has a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Donna is known for her excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ever-changing priorities. She has a proven track record of success in streamlining and improving processes to enhance efficiency and productivity and control costs, and is highly dependable and has a strong sense of integrity. Recently, Donna completed certification in the DISC assessment tool, which is used to understand and appreciate individual differences in communication and behavior. The DISC assessment helps employees understand their own natural strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of their peers, in order to improve teamwork and collaboration. At Xion Innovations, Donna uses her expertise and skills, including her DISC certification and memberships, to help clients optimize their HR and finance functions and drive business success.
Robert G. Tims is an experienced senior level executive and resilient visionary leader. He specializes in servant leadership, product and business development, sales management, revenue and market expansion, operational efficiencies, stakeholder relations, manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, and P&L responsibility. Throughout his career, Robert has delivered revenues in excess of targets and achieved outstanding bottom-line results across diverse industries such as agriculture, plastics, packaging, and electronics. He has a track record of expanding new business while growing existing accounts and maintaining aggressive profit margins. He holds an MBA in Business Administration.
